Recruitment at Nestlé
This depends on the role. If your application is chosen to move forward, a recruiter will reach out with next steps. Interviews may be on the phone, via video or in person. The process will be explained to you by the recruiter, who will also guide you on steps for preparation.

Yes. New positions are posted on a daily basis and you can even apply to multiple roles, but please be thoughtful. Applying for multiple roles doesn't increase your odds of getting hired. You should focus on applying for a role that you really want and are qualified for. Search our current opportunities for another role that's a match for your skills and experience.

For tests, ensure you complete them in a quiet environment with no distractions. Give yourself enough time to complete the assessments and do the practice test to understand the questions in the assessments.
