I started as a coffee specialist in a Nespresso boutique in Copenhagen before starting as a student worker in the Nordic HR Team. The 'Nestlé needs Youth' program is giving me so many new skills and so much new knowledge and in the future I am hoping to be able to make a difference to Nestlé in the same way Nestlé is making the difference to me.
I am 26 years old and have been at Nestlé for 6 years. I started as a student at Dolce Gusto, working as a student worker with various tasks. Last year, I became a graduate worker, and now I am a business controller for Purina. I feel like at Nestlé, I have always had supportive colleagues who are willing to teach you when you have the desire to learn. My dream job is where I can be the best version of myself and continue to grow and develop.
I am 25 years old and have worked for Nestlé for 9 years. I started when I was 15 at Nespresso boutiques. Later, I became a supply chain student worker at Nespresso. After some time, I wanted to gain more experience, so I was hired at the Nestlé Nordic Headquarters. My current role is in supply chain, where I handle different tasks like campaigns, customer targeting, and ensuring our boutiques receive the right products. I have always felt very safe going to my managers when I needed a challenge. Right now, I would say my dream lies within procurement, and I believe I can achieve my dream job at Nestlé.
